One of the objectives of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, is the organisation and management of the main displays, fashion shows and events that will be held to represent the Italian Fashion system in Milan, which is considered the Fashion Capital, for both men and women, because of the convergence between "high class", luxury ready-to-wear and the designers' input.

The displays are on four dates, and are linked to the presentation of the Milano Moda Uomo and the Milano Moda Donna Collections, which are all available for the associates and guests at the event. The Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana is responsible for the presentation of haute couture fashion in Rome at "AltaRoma" and also for many television shows, such as "Donna Sotto le Stelle".
